Galliera Museum

Galliera Museum, the fashion museum of Paris

It is in the palace of the duchess Galliera, built in the 19th century, that the museum of fashion, inaugurated in 1977, revives history of fashion through prestigious temporary expositions.

These expositions make it possible to the public to discover a part of the collection rich of 90000 pieces : luxurious clothes of the 18th and 19th century, as well as the work of first-class designers and creators.

Jewels, sticks, hats, shoes, bags, fans, gloves, parasols and umbrellas complete the collections.
